  original packaging if possible and in the same well packaged condition it was posted to you, otherwise regretfully, if it is damaged, your return will not be accepted.

• Please return it using a trackable service and obtain a proof of postage, including the original receipt if possible. Purchases must be returned within 14 days of you receiving the item. Please note that personalised / custom made items are not returnable.

• We will refund your returned item as soon as possible or within approximately 10 days of receipt.
